I've made a Google Chrome extension (called "Calculator Stuff," though I'm definitely looking for better options) that keeps track of activity on calculator forums, somewhat like those email notifier extensions that keep track of new emails. It currently supports Omnimaga, Cemetech, and Revsoft, fetching up to 25 posts every minute or more.
It has a few other options: "New posts" fetches the latest posts made on each board, while "New topics" fetches the latest topics created; "Show only news" displays posts and topics only in the appropriate news section; and it allows you to set your own display name, so it can ignore all posts made under that name.
EDIT: It now has a lot of other stuff too, not just feeds!
One thing it adds is context-menu items for special characters. Right-click in any text box to quickly insert a character like theta or the store symbol.
It also adds a custom address-bar function for instant information on TI-BASIC commands—just type "basic" in the URL bar, press Tab, and start typing a command name, and it'll show you syntax and description for that command!
Download version 1.4
