Hi,

Here's my second project (in fact it was made firstly).

This is a clone of same game.
To win you need to destroy all the bubbles, but you can't explose a single bubble.

- There's 3 differents difficulty modes (2 colors, 3 colors, 4 colors)

Here's the screenies :

I never played it when I was young :)
I just discovered this kind of game on iphone ("bubble explode") but the goal the the bubble explode is to do the best score using some bonus points given when you do special shapes.
So in fact this is not the same game :)

You could maybe add smoothfalling graphics when you clear a row ;) It might bump up the size of your sprite routine but it'd look really pretty :)

The game i remember you got "combo" bonuses, so clicking on a group of 10 gave you more points than a group of 5, for example. I've got to say though it looks great.

Yes, I think I will add "score handling" because very often you can't finish the board.
If I add this feature, I will simply multiply the score by 2 when you finish the board. So you can get a good result even without finishing the board.

Smoothfalling is harder to add, and I'm not sure to add it because I'm pretty sure it will be to slow.

For this game too I need to do something to have levels which could always be finished by the player (this is not the case currently).

I don't remember if that was the case in the old ones (on ticalc) either. I think it's fine. The card game solitaire doesn't always have solutions either, and people still enjoy using it as a convenient waste of time. :)

I think another thing you could add would be having the circles slide to the left when there's an empty column, it'd make levels a little easier to beat. :)
